Before we start the design process we will determine the zoning of your site. A survey helps us to confirm any site constraints and if a variance is required. We will also verify building codes in effect and if there are any local ordinances that may affect the project.

By the time we start the design process we will have gone over your program and scope of work, budget and schedule. We begin this phase with sketches that transform your ideas into schematic plans and elevations for review. This process continues until you are satisfied with the design and we have made all of the material selections.

During construction we will answer questions from the contractor, review specified products and materials, perform site visits to review the progress, conformance with the drawings and specifications, and review pay applications.
